Nonogram Depths
- I bought The Way Down and the door is still shut.
- On the title screen, open Sound · Credits and choose The Way Down · Restore. Restore is also offered on the sealed door itself. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account you bought it with. If it still keeps, email us with the date of purchase and we will sort it out.
- Can I play on my iPad and my iPhone?
- Yes. The purchase belongs to your Apple Account, and Family Sharing is on, so it also covers your family group. Progress is saved per device, and through iCloud if you have it enabled.
- What is free, exactly?
- The first stratum, nine floors and their gate, without limit. And Today's Descent, one stratum a day, the same halls for every diver, every day, forever. The one purchase opens everything below the first door.
- I lost my progress.
- Progress lives on the device. If you moved to a new phone, restoring from an iCloud or computer backup brings it back. If something else happened, email us what you remember and we will look.
- The game is hard.
- It is meant to be a climb. The Long Stair on the Well page teaches everything the boards ask, and the relics in the satchel each forgive one kind of mistake. The run ends when the hearts do; every gate you pass is kept.
- Accessibility
- The game plays fully with VoiceOver, follows Dynamic Type, and honours Reduce Motion. If something does not work for you, that is a bug and we want to hear about it.
