Privacy
Nonogram Depths collects no data. This page exists because the App Store requires one, and because it is worth saying plainly.
What the game collects
Nothing. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party software of any kind inside the app. Your progress is saved on your device and, if you have iCloud enabled, in your own iCloud account under Apple's terms. We never see it.
Purchases
The one in-app purchase, The Way Down, is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We receive no payment details and no personal information from a purchase. Restoring a purchase is likewise Apple's; the game only asks the App Store whether you own it.
Game Center
If you choose to sign in to Game Center, the daily descent's standings and achievements are reported to Apple under Apple's privacy policy. The game sends only the score and the achievement; it never reads your friends, your name, or anything else. Game Center is optional and the game plays fully without it.
This website
This site sets no cookies, runs no scripts, and loads nothing from any other server. Like every website, the host that serves these pages keeps short-lived request logs, which include IP addresses, for security and operation; we do not read them or keep them. If you email us, we keep the email for as long as it takes to answer you.
Children
The game is rated 9+. Because it collects nothing, there is nothing to collect from anyone of any age.
Changes
If any of this ever changes, this page will say so, with the date, before the change ships.
